Importing and explaining the lines

Use this separate SumUp account, not your main bank account. Then explain or categorise each kind of line like this:

SaleSales income, or match it to the invoice it paid.
FeeBank charges or merchant fees.
Held backRepayment of your SumUp cash advance or loan. Check with your accountant if you're unsure what it is.
To bankTransfer to your main bank account. There's one line per payout, so it matches the deposit on your bank statement.
RefundRefund or chargeback against the original sale.

Independent tool. Not made by or affiliated with SumUp, FreeAgent, Intuit QuickBooks, Sage or Xero. Check the totals against your SumUp payouts before reconciling, and ask your accountant if you're unsure how to explain a line.
